Sushmita Sen Has Endless Love For Biryani!
We were curious about Sushmita’s favourite cuisine. The bong beauty expressed her love for sushi and said, “I am a big fan of sushi. I like Japanese sushi.” The next moment, she took us by surprise and mentioned her love for biryani!
Sushi and biryani are two extreme opposites; one combines simple flavours and the other is a flavour bomb! Sushmita Sen emphasised her love for the latter dish by mentioning, “I love chicken biryani. Love! Love!”
She clarified that her choice of her favourite cuisines as sushi is her acquired “grown-up” taste, meanwhile, chicken biryani is her childhood love as she was born in Hyderabad. Hence, she will always have a special place in her heart for biryani.

A Game Of ‘This Or That’
After conversations about food, we played a fun game of ‘This Or That’ to learn more about her food choices. We gave Sushmita a tough choice of Hyderabadi biryani or Japanese sushi! On hearing this food choice, the ‘Aarya’ actor said that it is quite unfair as both are her faves. But she chose biryani! This flavoursome dish wins hearts like no other dish and we were delighted to hear her pick this food item.
Then, we moved on to food options between Delhi and Kolkata because we wanted to give her tougher choices! It was more fun that way and even our guests enjoyed it. We told her to pick between Delhi chaat and Bengali sweets. She answered that it depends on her mood; she played it safe here! Next, we asked her to choose between the Kolkata kathi roll and the Delhi kebab platter. Without a thought, Sushmita picked the first food option.
