The giant swing has been developed by a startup of the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi. It is also being tagged as one of the firsts AI swings in the world. Read on to know!
World’s First AI Swing Developed In Manali
This swing in Manali has been developed by four friends at IIT Manali. The startup is called ManaliSwing, and the four friends are engineers and mountaineers themselves who have started this initiative. As per a News18 report, the four of them are eventually going to file patents for the concept and design. Reportedly, the Dubai government approached them for bringing the swing to Dubai. While currently, the first giant swing sits in Manali, another one is in talks to be introduced in Switzerland.

Full On Trials Done; Swing To Be Introduced In January
As per multiple news reports, the founders will soon introduce the giant swing in Goa as well. Tourists will have to shell out an amount of ₹3,000 for each ride. The founders said that the swing has ‘impeccable’ safety and that its costs will include transportation, photography, and videography. This project was started by the founders 5 years back but has been registered only last year. So, next time you’re in Manali, make sure you jump on this giant swing and enjoy the scenic views of the place. The founders also told the news agencies, that India has failed when it came to innovation in the adventure tourism sector. But not anymore!
