Puck Launches ‘Recipe For Change’ Initiative
Puck has launched the ‘Recipe For Change’ initiative in collaboration with Dubai Care. This is also in collaboration with Anthony Rahayel, who is a renowned food critic. With the aim of introducing six traditional dishes, these have been crafted by Lebanese women. The home-cooked dishes will be introduced to leading Lebanese restaurants across the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a part of the initiative, 50% of the proceeds from each dish sold in the UAE will be donated to support the affected Lebanese families. As a result, it reinforces Puck’s commitment towards being a true ally to the mothers in the region by supporting women’s well-being.

More About The Initiative And Dishes
Through this initiative, Puck is offering Lebanese women a platform to share their culinary creations and also supporting the affected families in the same breath. Not to mention, it has partnered with Rahayel for the second year in a row to find and select six women to participate in this life-changing initiative. It’s worth mentioning that till March 31, you can make a significant difference by simply ordering online for Iftar, Suhoor, or any meal of the day at the restaurants of Abdul Wahab, Al Safadi, Kaak Al Manara, Manarit Beirut, Habib Beirut, Mosaic, and Karam Beirut branches across the UAE.
In case you’re wondering about the six authentic dishes that are featured in the campaign, these are as follows: Zenkol, Mouhalibiya, Macaroni bi Crème, Kebbet Batata with Cheese, Spinach & Cheese Fatayer, and Cheese Maamoul. The recipes have been shared by talented women and every dish ordered is not just a meal but a chance to sustain a family.
