A recipe by Cooking With Yousef, all you need is a bunch of important ingredients, like yoghurt, cucumber, cucumber, green chilli, walnuts, raisins, green onion, radish, and herbs, like mint and basil, to add more flavour to the soup.

How To Make This Soup?

Making the soup is quite easy. All you need to do is take four cups of yoghurt and then beat it to smooth it. After this, you must add water to make it a thin slurry. Once the desired consistency is achieved, add salt and pepper to the mix and add the aforementioned veggies to the bowl of yoghurt mixture. Once you’ve added everything in, you need to mix it all together so that they are properly incorporated.

That’s it! Your Iranian cold cucumber soup is ready, and all you need to do is just serve it in a bowl using a ladle and add dried bread or croutons to the mix. It’s the perfect way to keep you cool this summer.
