Tina Ahuja Calls Her Nani BBC; Here’s Why

Sunita And Tina Ahuja

While most of our Sunday Brunch episodes are filled with a lot of food and insightful conversation, this one was special because it was filled with laughter. The reason? Our amazing guest—Sunita Ahuja, superstar Govinda‘s wife. Our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, visited her home in Juhu, Mumbai, for a Punjabi feast mixed with stories, fun, and of course, lots of laughter. Sunita and Govinda‘s daughter, Tina Ahuja, also joined us for this episode, and we got to know a lot about their lives, their love for food, their relationships, and much more. Watch the full episode on the Curly Tales YouTube channel to see how it went!

We Played ‘Who Is Most Likely To’ With Sunita And Tina Ahuja

After the meal, we decided to play ‘Who Is Most Likely To’ with Sunita and Tina. This game turned out to be truly insightful as we got a glimpse into their family dynamics. It revealed that Govinda is the true foodie in the house, and of course, Sunita is the one who ends up laughing even in the most serious situations. We also learnt the reason behind Govinda’s nickname, Chichi. Sunita shared that since he was the youngest among his siblings, he was called Chichi, which is also a term for the little finger.

When we asked who is most likely to start a rumour, Sunita readily admitted that it would be her! Tina added that her mom and her nani can talk about random things for hours. In fact, she and her cousins have even given their grandmother a unique title: ‘BBC’ because she seems to know everything. Tina shared that no matter what, her grandmother is always aware of everything about all the cousins.

Talking about her relationship with her mother, Sunita Ahuja shared that they speak to each other on the phone every morning for at least an hour. She mentioned that even though her mother lives with her brother, she is particularly attached to Sunita since she is the youngest child. As she does with everyone, she also makes her mother laugh every day and cherishes those moments with her.

Sunita shared that she absolutely loves it when her mother laughs out loud. Speaking about her ability to make people laugh, Sunita said that she loves bringing joy to others. In fact, she recently made her daughter Tina laugh so much that Tina had to ask her to stop; because her mouth was hurting!

Later in the episode, Tina Ahuja shared what she loves the most about her parents’ relationship. To know all about it, watch the full video on the Curly Tales YouTube channel.
