The Bundelkhand Expressway in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh is all set to start the collection of toll from the vehicles plying on the expressway. These toll booths have been recently implemented and will be operated by the Inderdeep Construction Company. The expressway is said to generate close to ₹70 crores. Bundelkhand Expressway: Toll Prices & More
Bundelkhand Expressway was inaugurated last year in July. Recently, new toll plazas have been built on the expressway where vehicles will have to pay. A one-way trip on the expressway for a four-wheeler will set you back ₹620. A roundtrip within 24 hours for the same will cost ₹993.
Buses and other light commercial vehicles will be charged ₹990 for a single trip and ₹1,995 for a roundtrip within 24 hours. Vehicles heavier than that like multi-axle, trailers, etc., will be charged more.
According to an article recently published by the Economic Times, the duty of collecting tolls has been assigned by the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority or the UPEIDA to the Inderdeep Corporation, which will oversee the toll for one year.

Route, Length, & Other Details
The Bundelkhand Expressway connects Chitrakoot and Etawah through places like Banda, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Jalaun, and Auraiya. According to the ET article, the expressway is said to generate a revenue of around ₹68.39 crores, including GST.
The article also mentions that as per the rules, the company will increase the tax by ten per cent every year. There will be a total of six toll plazas and seven ramp plazas along the expressway which is 296 kilometres long.
Pretty soon, there will be six ambulances and 12 petrol vehicles which will patrol the expressway all day and all night. The expressway is said to have improved connectivity and will allow passengers a smooth journey.
