The moment anyone mentions the clock tower, we are reminded of the Deira Clocktower in Dubai. And this is hardly surprising, as it is one of the oldest and most iconic landmarks in the emirate. But soon, this will change, as Dubai will soon become home to the world’s tallest residential clock tower. Called the Franck Muller Aeternitas, this clock tower will be located in Dubai Marina. Here’s all about the new skyscraper that’s coming up in the city’s skyline.
All About Franck Muller Aeternitas Residential Clock Tower
Recently, the groundbreaking project, Franck Muller Aeternitas, was revealed at an event on December 8, Friday. Marking the official signing ceremony between London Gate, which is the UAE’s premium real estate developer and Franck Muller, the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer in Dubai, this is a big development coming soon to the emirate. As such, it’s also going to be the tallest residential tower and branded residential tower! And at a height of 450 metres in Dubai Marina, it’s going to be the world’s tallest residential clock tower.
Residents Can Expect Handover By 2026
Did you know this is Franck Muller’s first-ever real estate collaboration? Yes and iIt should be noted that this project will officially be unveiled in January 2024 and residents can expect a handover by 2026, as revealed by Siasat.com. So, basically, the tower will be so high that one will be able to see, even the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah in its background! As such, the aim is to redefine the Dubai skyline while also setting international standards for luxury living that offer some of the most spectacular views.

Dubai Also Has The Deira Clocktower
At this point, it should be noted that Dubai is already home to another clock tower called the Deira Clocktower. Also famous as the Dubai Clocktower, this is an important monument, and it is located at the intersection of Umm Hurair Road and D89. In fact, the Dubai Municipality recently undertook an AED 10 million renovation to beautify the monument. And under the massive renovation project, featured hard floors integrated with greenery and multicoloured lights, there was also an updated design of the water fountain. As it happens, the project was in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
It should be noted that this project is coming up after London Gates’ Maya V and Nadine I&II, were sold out! So, coming back to the upcoming Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, once the residential tower is complete, it’s certainly going to be quite breathtaking. Of course, it will end up becoming one of the many precious jewels of the Dubai skyline.
