1. 1400+ Years Old Jarir Al-Bajali Mosque Restored

As reported by the SPA, the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Project for the Development of Historical Mosques has completed the restoration of Jarir Al-Bajali Mosque in Taif. This would preserve the heritage site, which is regarded as more than 1,400 years old. It is believed that the mosque is linked to Jarir ibn Abdullah Al-Bajali, who embraced Islam in 10 AH. With the restoration, the capacity has expanded to accommodate 135 worshippers.

2. Dubai’s Shared Housing Rules Mention AED1 M Fine

As mentioned in the report of the National News, the new rules, which were announced on Wednesday, mentioned the shared accommodation in Dubai. It reveals how there could also be a fine of up to AED1 million for those who break the rules.

3. Abu Dhabi’s Old Airport Fire Contained

As revealed by the Abu Dhabi Media Office, a fire had broken out after an incident. And so, the fire had been brought under control on March 11th. These flames broke out at the old airport after there was successful interception by air defence systems. The report mentioned no injuries.

This happened at a building near the location, and Civil Defence Teams acted swiftly to bring the minor fire under control. There was also an incident, which occurred due to falling debris from the drone, on the Sheikh Zayed Road.
