Poland Hotel To Reward Customers Who Conceive Baby At Property
If you’re looking for a truly unforgettable getaway, then this one is for you! According to CNN, the Arche group of hotels in Poland is making it extra memorable for couples who start a family on site by offering them cash, parties, and special gifts to celebrate the occasion. As per reports, Polish hotelier and property developer, Władysław Grochowski, has pledged special gifts for anyone who becomes pregnant during a stay at one of the 23 properties.
The hotelier has promised to host a free celebration, such as a christening party, for couples who conceive during their stay. On top of that, he has pledged a cash bonus of 10,000 zlotys (₹2,44,251) to any staff member or guest who has a child within five years of purchasing one of the company’s residential properties.
The Poland hotel chain owner also added that parents of the first child born under this program will also receive a stroller and a special welcome package. They also plan to plant trees for each eligible birth recorded.

So, what prompted Władysław Grochowski to come up with the idea to reward parents of kids born on his properties? The answer is Poland’s low birth rate. Reports suggest that in the last 12 years, the annual number of deaths has exceeded the number of births in Poland. Last year, Poland’s fertility rate fell to a new record low of 1.1. This is among the lowest in the world.
