The most viral Hong Thai Herbal Inhaler has been recalled by Emirates Drug Establishment in the UAE. As per the Gulf News, the inhaler has been confirmed with microbial contamination in several batches post the lab tests. A total and immediate withdrawal of the product has been announced by the EDE from all the UAE markets in order to protect public health.

2. Dubai Schools Announce Nearly 4-Week Winter Break

It’s holiday time for kids, but not just a day or a week. Dubai school students just got lucky as the Emirate has announced a holiday for nearly 4 weeks at the end of 2025. According to the Times of India, the UAE Ministry of Education has revised the academic calendar to align both public and private schools following the international curriculum. Finally, the holidays are set to start December 5, 2025 and will commence directly post a month’s break on January 5, 2026.

3. Emirates To Resume Lagos–Dubai Flights After Two Years

After 2022, Lagos–Dubai flights are set to be restarted, as confirmed by Emirates Airlines, as stated in a report by Reuters. This step marks a major milestone in mending UAE–Nigeria relations. Due to foreign exchange and payment challenges, the air route was suspended almost two years ago. The renewed cooperation between Presidents Bola Tinubu and HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed has paved the way for smoother ties and stronger connectivity.

4. Snaap And Chef Nouel Announces Abu Dhabi Chocolate

The creative mind behind Dubai Chocolate has recently announced ‘Abu Dhabi Chocolate’ under the brand Snaap in collaboration with Rain.ae. As per Chef Nouel’s Instagram story, the new creation is a blend of salted caramel with halwa that is inspired by Abu Dhabi’s heritage and taste. Expect a mix of cardamom, saffron, tahini, and date syrup, with subtle notes of balaleet topped with 24k-gold flakes to complete the bar.

5. Abu Dhabi Roads Closed for ADNOC Al Ain Marathon

ADNOC Al Ain Marathon will be hosted this weekend on November 8th. In light of this event, Abu Dhabi Police has announced road closures in the Emirate. The 21.1km race will see hundreds of runners take to the streets. So if you are running out this weekend for your plans in the region, check for diversions across several key routes.

7. Aman Group Announces Janu Al Marjan Island In RAK

Ras Al Khaimah to welcome Janu Al Marjan Island by Aman Group. As stated by Arabian News, the brand will be launching a 132-room hotel and luxury branded residences near Wynn Al Marjan Island. Lastly, Singapore-based SCDA Architects have designed the project that offers beach access, a pool, a yoga studio, a wellness centre, and many more amenities.

8. Ras Al Khaimah Launches Its First-Ever Night Market

Ras Al Khaimah is about to get its first-ever Night Market. The Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Centre will transform the outdoor plaza into an amazing hub every weekend from Fri-Sun, starting from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Overall, the event will feature around 100 rotating stalls offering fashion, perfumes, crafts, local foods, and art. As stated in MenaFn, the event is organised by the Saud Bin Saqr Foundation.

9. MrBeast To Open Beast Land Theme Park In Riyadh

Saudi Arabia is getting a unique type of park. Say hello to MrBeast theme park, Beast Land, opening on November 13 in Riyadh. YouTube sensation Jimmy Donaldson took it to his X account to reveal the park features like custom games inspired by his viral videos. Also, the park will have two divisions: Beast Land and Beast Arena.

10. Egypt To Host The Grand Ball: Royalty On The Nile

There’s a grand ball happening in Egypt, and we can’t believe it. As reported by Egypt Independent, Cairo’s Abdeen Palace is all set to host The Grand Ball: Royalty on the Nile this weekend, on November 8th. A closing ceremony at the Egyptian Opera House on November 9th would follow this event. Organised by Monaco’s Noble Monte-Carlo foundation, the lavish event will welcome Prince Albert II of Monaco, Princess Beatrice di Bourbon, Prince Joachim Murat, and other European royals. Apart from the royals, the line-up also includes Hollywood stars, global artists, and government dignitaries.
