A disturbing incident took place on Saturday, November 15. Tourists were enjoying a normal evening on a Go Rio boat tour in San Antonio, Texas, before the incident unfolded. According to a report by KSAT, the boat operator asked one of the women on board to lower the volume of her phone so passengers could understand the guide. But instead of putting the phone away, she started threatening people on board.
The operator then stopped the boat to let her get off. But before stepping off, the woman began yelling and verbally attacking the passengers. She then pepper-sprayed eight people, including a young child. A video posted by @america_nri_la_frustration is going viral, showing the entire incident. According to the clip, an Indian family with their toddler was among the eight people affected.

Video Shows Woman Yelling Before Using The Pepper Spray
According to the viral video, all of this started over a simple request to stop playing videos on her phone on speaker. In the video, she can be seen getting aggressive and yelling at people, while the Indian family and their child are seen in distress. The situation escalated so quickly that no one expected the woman to attack passengers in this way. According to a report by Hindustan Times, the pepper spray was hanging from her bag. Police also reached the spot after the attack around 8:34 pm, but the woman had already fled. No arrests have been made, and the suspect has not been traced yet.
Under the video, a comment by @suren_dm says, the affected Indian family is his friends and their kid. Thankfully, they are fine but have filed a complaint against the woman. Naturally, other netizens were angry after seeing the video. One user wrote, “How can she spray on a child?” while another said, “Sue them for millions. Don’t let it slide.”
