UAE Citizens Can Go To Armenia Visa-Free
Recently, it was revealed by Arabian Business that the UAE and Armenia have reached an agreement regarding the visa-free travel rules and regulations for their citizens. Yes, according to the new regime, UAE citizens can stay in Armenia for a period of 180 days in the country during a year. Yes, right now more than 40 nationalities can travel to the country visa-free, which also includes those from the UAE according to the list of visa-free countries put up by the authorities. However, previously UAE citizens with diplomatic passports were the only ones allowed to enter Armenia under the visa-free regime. It should be noted at this point that the Visit Dubai website, however, mentions that citizens from Armenia still require a visa to enter the nation.

At this point, it’s worth mentioning that this development happened during a meeting with Saqr Ghobash, the President of the Federal National Council when he visited UAE on September 7. The discussions further strengthened diplomatic ties between the two nations and both parties showed their commitment towards fostering better relations between their citizens.
