Although the metrological department has mentioned that this impact of the storm is going to be indirect on the country, it did reveal that there will be cloud movement from the sea that can trigger some rainfall. This is especially true for the regions of Eastern and Southern parts of the nation. However, residents have been warned against spreading any rumours about the weather condition and they have been asked to rely only on the official source of information. As it happens, the Oman Sea and the Arabian Gulf are expected to be rough, and sea levels might rise on some eastern beaches, today and tomorrow.

At this point, it must be mentioned that the UAE has been experiencing this foggy condition for the past few days. However, a yellow alert has also been issued for dust with the wind speed expected to be at the speed of 60 km/h that may blow over the country causing dust and sand.
