Not to mention, the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program reforms can benefit the residents of the United Arab Emirates and neighbouring GCC countries.

US Golden Visa: Things You Should Know

For those who aren’t aware, the EB-5 program was implemented in the year, 1990, by the US Congress. A way to boost the US economy, it brings in foreign capital and job creation for the people in the USA. And, recently a set of reforms were introduced to this program under the new legislation, EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA). Passed in March 2022, one of the biggest highlights is the introduction of concurrent filing. This means investors will be allowed to live and work in the US while they wait for the judgement of their EB-5 applications.

Not to mention, it will also allow them to hold lawful status in the region, before receiving their green cards.
