Yes, according to a recent report by the Khaleej Times, it was revealed that about 80% of travellers in the UAE wish to travel to places that have starry nights. UAE Travellers Prefer Dark Sky Destinations
As per the report, it was mentioned that about 80% of travellers from the UAE wish to travel to Dark Sky Destinations. This means they prefer destinations that have starry nights and a nocturnal environment. According to experts, many say that this is a trend that is prevalent not just in the UAE but across the globe. But of course, it’s higher amongst the people in the UAE. In fact, other experts also revealed that about 53% of travellers wish to travel to cooler destinations. Many wish to adjust their activities at the location of travel with several of them looking for nighttime pursuits.

Another popular travel trend happens to be Wellness Travel, which has gained quite a lot of popularity in recent times. In fact, 85% of the respondents in the UAE, as mentioned in the report would use technology to make a better and informed decision. Not to mention, many would even prefer to use AI to help them to curate their trips. As it happens, several residents in the UAE would also not prefer to tag the destination on social media to keep it less and under wraps.
