Summer is not here yet! The UAE is continuing to enjoy a pleasant climate, thanks to cloud seeding. Thunderstorm with lightning is expected to hit parts of the country today. The National Met department, predicts a partly cloudy to cloudy with rainfall over scattered areas, associated with lightening and thunder at times.
The mercury is expected to drop to 15°C. Moderate to fresh Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds – getting strong at times, causing blowing dust/sand that will reduce visibility. NCMS warns people to be watchful in case you’re stepping out.
In addition, there are also chances of heavy rainfall with fresh winds reaching 50km/hr, leading to poor visibility.
