Coca-Cola Addict, Rishi Sunak Loves Mexican Coke
In a 2021 podcast with Westminister Watch, Rishi Sunak revealed that he is a Coca-Cola addict. He admitted to drinking a lot of Coca-Cola when he was young and having seven fillings in his teeth because of it. To the two giggling schoolboys, the British politician candidly revealed that his favourite drink is Mexican Coke.

He later adds in the podcast that while he indulged in his fair share of coke growing up, now, he is only allowed one coke can a week.
This difference in taste is due to the fact that American-made Coke switched over to using high fructose corn syrup as a sweetening agent in 1980. Mexican Coke continued using cane sugar to sweeten its version pic.twitter.com/brXg7EFOCh
