UP Students To Get ₹40,000 Stipend Under CM Tourism Fellowship Scheme
The Uttar Pradesh government is giving students in the state an opportunity to explore India and earn a monthly stipend of ₹40,000 while they are at it! Under the Chief Minister Tourism Fellowship Scheme, the government is offering students an opportunity to travel across India for a year. The aim of the CM Tourism Fellowship Scheme is to boost tourism and create job opportunities for young people.
Participants will receive a monthly stipend of ₹40,000 to travel. As per a Jagran Josh report, graduates aged up to 40 can apply for this scheme till August 31. Currently, the fellowship is for one year. However, there is a possibility of a one-year extension afterwards. This scheme will give the state’s youth an opportunity to come together with them to work on tourism policy, management, implementation, and monitoring. Duration, Eligibility & All You Need To Know
As per the official website, you have to have a graduate degree with at least 60% marks to apply for the CM Tourism Fellowship Scheme. The monthly stipend of ₹40,000 is bifurcated as ₹30,000 as remuneration and ₹10,000 for field visits per month. According to the Jagran Josh report, students with degrees or diplomas in BBA, MA, MPhil, PhD, Tourism and Travel Management, MBA in Hospitality, Tourism, and Travel, PG Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Tourism, Archaeology will make for more preferred candidates.

2. Then, register yourself on the website using your email ID, mobile number, and other required details.
3. Follow the steps to create your login ID and password,
4. Fill in all the required details in the form.
5. Click “Submit” once you’re done.
