Gin-Based Cocktails For Valentine’s Day
1. Monika Alcobev’s Gin Infatuation
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
- 21 ml elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- Ice
- Lime wheel for garnish
Method:
Combine everything in a shaker, except the garnish. Shake well for a couple of seconds. Strain it in a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a vibrant lime wheel.
2. Hendrick’s Flora Adora Wildgarden Cup
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Hendrick’s Flora Adora
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- Soda Water
- Ice
- Couple of raspberries, mint leaves and cucumber wheels for garnish
Method:
Fill a glass with ice, everything including the garnish except cucumber. Mix it all gently and then top it off with soda water. Mix again, garnish with cucumber and serve.
3. Radico Khaitan’s Floral Fusion Fizz
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Happiness in a Bottle Gin – Joy of Pink
- 10 ml elderflower syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml muddled mulberry
- 5 ml muddled cranberry
- Soda water
Method:
Add all the ingredients, except the soda water, to a shaker. Shake it well. Then, in a glass, add ice, strain the drink and top it off with soda water. Enjoy!

Whisky-Based Cocktails For Valentine’s Day
4. Diageo India’s Black Dog Bramble
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Black Dog whisky
- 25 ml raspberry syrup
- 10 ml ginger juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- Raspberry for garnish
- Soda water
- Ice
Method:
In a glass, put ice, pour the ingredients and stir. Top it off with soda water and garnish with a raspberry.
5. Diageo India’s Rajasthan Memories
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Godawan 02
- 3 dashes of bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- Dry rose petal for garnish
Method:
In a glass, add all the ingredients except the garnish. Shake it with ice for a while. Strain in a glass with ice, garnish with rose petals and enjoy.

Vodka-Based Cocktails For Valentine’s Day
6. Belvedere Vodka’s The Classic One
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Belvedere Vodka
- 7.5 ml Dry Vermouth
- Grapefruit twist for garnish
- Ice
Method:
Add all the ingredients except the garnish to a glass and let it chill for 15 to 20 seconds. This will dilute the drink a bit. Strain it in a martini glass and garnish it with a grapefruit twist.
7. Radico Khaitan’s Magic Moments Pink Vodka Bramble
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Magic Moments Pink Vodka
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 10 ml raspberry syrup
- 2 raspberries for garnish
- Ice
Method:
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the pink vodka into it to chill it. Now add the rest of the ingredients, except the garnish, to a shaker with the rest of the ice. Shake it well, strain it into the glass with pink vodka and stir. Garnish this with fresh raspberries and enjoy.
8. Taj Corbett Resort & Spa’s Mirchitini
Ingredients:
- 90 gms pineapple pieces
- 60 ml Vodka
- 2 ml vanilla essence
- 90 ml homemade sweet and sour
- 1 green chilli
Method:
Muddle everything together, except vodka. In a mixing glass, add the vodka and the strained, muddled juices. Stir and serve it in a glass.
