A while back Telugu superstar Nagarjuna received flack after his bodyguard pushed a differently-abled fan away for trying to approach the actor at Mumbai Airport. The actor later met the fan and apologised to him. In a video going viral on social media, another Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi is seen pushing an IndiGo employee away who tried to click a selfie with him.

An undated video going viral on X (formerly Twitter) shows Chiranjeevi at an airport. This video has some Netizens seething. In this video, actor Chiranjeevi dressed in a khaki shirt and black jeans is seen stepping out of the elevator with his wife Surekha. He is surrounded by airport staff. As he walks towards the conveyor belt, an airport staffer wearing a dark blue IndiGo shirt and black trousers approaches him.

He follows the actor and then walks in front of him. Taking his phone out, he poses for a selfie with Chiranjeevi. Initially, the actor ignored him. Later, irked, he pushed him away. For this, the Telugu superstar has received a lot of flack on social media. This video was shared by an X user, Harish R. Menon. Netizens debated in Telugu about the actor’s demeanour in the comments section.

Netizens Are Divided About This Video

@Justleading commented that Chiru (Chiranjeevi) is not just an actor but an inspiration to many. He called his behaviour wrong and demanded the star apologise to the staffer. @Indian2k23 commented that the actor is “tired” only if a common man demands for a selfie. The X user expressed his disapproval of the actor’s attitude. Another Netizen commented, “Shame on you, Chiru.”

But many Netizens called out on the behaviour of the airline employee for chasing the actor for a selfie.

@NagPnr commented that the man should have asked Chiranjeevi for permission first before clicking a picture. Another person found nothing wrong in the video. A person even demanded the airline to fire the employee for clicking selfies with the celebrity.
