Vidya Balan Shares Interesting Story About The Location Where ‘Neeyat’ Was Shot
Vidya Balan was promoting her new film, Neeyat. It was her first film that launched on the big screens on July 7, 2023, after the pandemic lockdown. While they were watching the film trailer, Kamiya wanted to know about the locations of where the film was shot.
Vidya shared with us, “The film was shot in London and in Scotland.” She goes on to say that when she read the script for Neeyat, it was evident to her that they would have to make a set for the castle described. But Anu Menon, the director, actually found a castle a little too similar to the one she had depicted in the script.
Talking in admiration about the castle, Vidya said, “It’s on a cliff, and it’s stunning!” She went on to say that for a detective film like Neeyat, the mysterious and intriguing castle just near the cliff, is picture-perfect.

She Shared Her Meet Cute Love Story With Siddharth Roy Kapur
Clearly, we wanted to know about her sweet love story with Siddharth Roy Kapur and we asked her how she met him. She gave us a huge smile and told us, “Oh my god, we’ll need an entire different episode for that.” We were very delighted to hear that because we would love to host another Sunday Brunch with her.
She goes on to say that Karan Johar played the cupid in their relationship, and she was completely unaware of that. So, Karan had invited a bunch of people for dinner, and they both happened to be there. Vidya said that Karan seemingly hinted at them being good together, and here they are 10 years later, happily married. *puts kala tikka on them*
