Vietnamese Foodies To Re-Open Its Restaurant In Expo City

Vietnamese Foodies has announced to re-open its Expo City location. The newest Vietnamese Foodies site offers customers a distinctive and cosy setting to enjoy real Vietnamese cuisine. With this significant milestone, the company opens its first licenced location in the city, offering both locals and guests an amazing eating experience. The restaurant is slated to debut on June 1st, 2024!

It features both indoor and outdoor dog-friendly dining. The restaurant has received a complete makeover and will reopen with a large menu. It will include their newest vegan meals as well as a variety of Business Lunch alternatives. Other favourites like Goi Cuon and their triple-flavored Banh Mi sandwich will also be available for diners to savour.

The restaurant will also provide a variety of house-made quenchers. It will include traditional Vietnamese teas, coffees and other beverages. Their food has flavours from Southern Vietnam that are well-balanced between sweetness, saltiness, sourness, and a hint of spice.

Dim Sums, Pho And Other Traditional Dishes Include In The Menu

Their menu includes nibbles, crispy treats, appetisers, dim sums and more. You can try Tom Chien Dua—Coconut Prawn with Sweet Chilli Sauce—or Dynamite Shrimp—Crispy Tempura with Shrimps with Chili Mayonnaise. They serve a variety of Pho made with Lotus Root, Mushroom, Shredded Chicken Thigh, Tenderloin and Brisket. But don’t skip on Banh Mi, a short baguette with a light, airy texture and a thin, crisp crust in Vietnamese cuisine.

Vietnamese Foodies is an award-winning concept that was developed by Lily Hoa Nguyen, the Executive Chef and Owner. The menus at each site draw inspiration from the wide variety of delicious and reasonably priced foods found in Ho Chi Minh City. Every meal is expertly made with the finest ingredients and traditional methods. One of the examples is the 14-hour simmering pho.
