We never give enough credit to our mothers, house helpers, chefs, cooks at eateries and restaurants, and everyone who spends hours inside kitchens every day. The process of preparing rotis might not be that hard but the experience worsens in summers. The temperature in the kitchen becomes unbearable. Recently, a video is going viral where a woman is making many rotis at once using a pressure cooker. But people are suspicious about the process.
Is This Video Of The Woman Making Rotis In A Pressure Cooker True?
Taking to X, Nandini Idnani 🚩🇮🇳 (@nandiniidnani69) shared a video where a lady is seen to be preparing rotis unconventionally.
According to this viral post shared on the X platform, the woman shares a hack for making several rotis in just some time. The trick here is to use a pressure cooker to make soft rotis. As shared here, the lady first rolls a lot of rotis on a rolling pin. In the next step, she she puts a pressure cooker on a gas, pours a good amount of salt inside it, and then keeps a steel bowl inside the cooker.
Then, she layers one roti on another, puts the entire stack inside the cooker, and puts the lid on. After a couple of minutes, she opens the cooker and takes out beautifully-made rotis. Lastly, the woman applies some ghee to each roti.
Many of the viewers might think this to be an effective idea to make rotis as soon as possible without bearing the heat. Unfortunately, the truth behind this process is something else. Nandini Idnani shared in a comment that this is not an actual process to follow to make rotis.
