Embracing their spiritual selves, cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife, actor Anushka Sharma’s latest spiritual journey brought them to Ayodhya’s famous Shree Hanuman Garhi temple. Virat Kohli & Anushka Sharma Visit Ayodhya’s Famous Hanuman Temple

After RCB faced a heartbreaking defeat against SRH in Lucknow, cricketer Virat Kohli was seen seeking blessings at Ayodhya’s Shree Hanuman Garhi temple ahead of the next match against LSG on May 27. Earlier Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma paid a visit to Ashram Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj in Varah Ghat, Vrindavan. Virat and Anushka engaged in a spiritual conversation with guru Premanand Ji Maharaj. While seeking his blessings the guru in a viral video asked the cricketer if he was happy and told him she should stay well.

Recently, the celebrity couple were spotted at Shree Hanuman Garhi temple, dressed in ethnic attire. While Virat Kohli donned a pastel kurta pajama, Anushka Sharma looked elegent in a baby pink salwar suit. The duo had saropas draped around their necks. There were garlands adorning their necks as they stepped outside the temple after the darshan.

A fan page titled, wrogn.virat, captured the euphoria outside the Hanuman temple as the stars stepped outside. Known as the Siddhpeeth of Ayodhya, the temple has an idol of Bal Hanuman installed. Worshipping this the Lord Hanuman idol perched atop the hill is known to rid devotees of fear and ill health. And strengthen them with divine protection and courage.

The Couple Embrace Spirituality

As videos and photos of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s spiritual visit take over social media, fans have listed the couple’s other spiritual visits as well. This includes their visits to Premanand Ji Maharaj’s ashram in Varanasi and Baba Neem Karoli’s ashram in Uttarakhand. Their spiritual trips come after Virat Kohli’s announcement of his retirement from Test cricket earlier.
