When the Indian cricket team travels, the senior players, captain and coach usually occupy the first four business-class seats. However, this time, the senior players and coach decided to give up their business-class seats. Virat Kohli, Rahul Dravid, and Rohit Sharma gave up their seats for the pacers in the team. The India team is currently travelling for the T-20 World Cup. Here’s all about it.

Virat Kohli, Rahul Dravid & Others Give Up Business Class Seats

Virat Kohli, Rahul Dravid and Rohit Sharma quickly gave up their business-class seats while travelling as they wanted the bowlers from the Indian team to rest well. The travelling, which has been very rigorous for the India team, has shortened the time for the players in the group to recover and rest adequately. For the rest of the team to be in a comfortable state and rest properly, the senior players decided to take the other seats and give the business class seats to them. The business class seats have better legroom and will allow the pacers to rest while travelling.

Next Match In Adelaide Against England

The India team will now be playing against England in Adelaide on Thursday. And due to the rigorous travelling that the team has to do, the players have decided to give the seats to the pacers who need them most. As per reports, Rohit Sharma was in pain after receiving a blow during a training session on Tuesday. He left the practice match with an ice pack. However, in no time, Sharma was back to the nets practising for Thursday’s match, scheduled against England.

With so much going on regarding food and travel in this T20 World Cup 2022, surely Team India is performing to the best of their abilities.
