Over some delicious Mumbai street food like Vada Pav, Misal Pav, and more, we got a deep dive into his life, his childhood in Punjab, the loss of both parents, the move to Canada, and the journey to becoming a singer, as well as his relationship with his now wife, Palak Aujla. Karan Aujla Speaks About His Relationship With His Wife

With a glimmer in his eyes, he started talking about his wife, Palak, with whom he has been in a relationship for over a decade. He met her when he had first moved to Canada as a teenager, still processing the loss of both of his parents. That’s when he found her. He said, ‘If I didn’t have her in my life, I would be all over the place.’ He revealed that Palak has been with him through thick and thin.

She was with him when he had nothing, and she is with him now when he has everything. He also stressed the importance of having a good and supportive life partner; especially when you have to earn fame and success, it’s very important to have a healthy relationship at home.

The Loss Of Both Parents

In this heartfelt conversation, we also found out how Karan Aujla dealt with the loss of his parents as a child. His father passed away in an accident, and just a few years later, he lost his mother to cancer. When she was diagnosed, the doctor declared that she only had 8-9 months to live. He still remembers those months when he could feel that she would leave him very soon at all times. Even when he was in school, he would zone out. He revealed that he processed that feeling of loss and grief for many years.
