Adel And Sana Sajan’s Fun Game On Sunday Brunch
Over some delicious food, we played an exciting game with the power couple where they took on a series of questions to reveal how well they knew each other. Their answers were both fun and insightful. For instance, when asked about Sana’s go-to food after a long day at work, she wrote down Maggi. Adel, on the other hand, mentioned that it depends on her mood. “Sometimes, if she’s in the binge mood, it’s Maggi; if she’s in the healthy mood, it’s dal chawal,” Adel explained.
The game also revealed some of Adel’s personality traits, particularly when Kamiya asked about his favourite TV show or movie. Without hesitation, Adel wrote Shark Tank, but unfortunately, Sana guessed this one wrong. She guessed the “sci-fi” and “space future” genres, going by Adel’s love for adventurous or futuristic themes.
The playful competition continued as we asked who between them was more likely to lose their phone or keys. “Adel,” Sana said without missing a beat, noting how often he misplaces his phone. “The entire team is always running around looking for his phone,” she joked. But when asked who was more competitive, both of them agreed on Adel.

Adel Sajan, a long-time fan of Shark Tank, experienced the surreal transition from avid viewer to shark on the panel. During the conversation with Kamiya Jani, he talked about his experience on the show, sharing the exhilaration of hearing the iconic music and facing the entrepreneurs without prior knowledge of their businesses. He highlighted the intensity of the Dubai version, where the sharks are kept in the dark, making the decision-making process all the more thrilling. With just 20 to 30 minutes to evaluate a pitch and negotiate valuations, Adel stressed the importance of being quick and decisive, as business moves at a rapid pace.
