We Played ‘Complete The Dialogues’ & ‘This Or That’ With Arshad Warsi & This Is How It Went

Arshad Warsi

He’s best known as Bollywood’s beloved “Circuit,” the sidekick with a heart of gold from the 2003 hit Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.—the guy who lives by the motto, “Bhai ne bola karne ka toh karne ka.” Yes, you guessed it right—it’s none other than Arshad Warsi. We were in Goa with the talented actor for this fun-filled episode of Tere Gully Mein. We had candid conversations about Goa, Bollywood, travel and more while gorging on delicious food at Kokum Curry in Candolim. We also played a fun game where he had to finish his famous dialogues. Check it out.

‘Complete The Dialogues’ With Arshad Warsi

The ‘Complete The Dialogues’ game was purely based on some of Arshad’s iconic dialogues in movies. This was to check whether he remembered them or not. And funnily, he warned us he has a habit of forgetting his lines even on the filming sets. But he was eager to smash this game.

Kamiya began with “Ox mane bael, ford mane gadi. Toh Oxford bole toh” The actor was completely blank when Kamiya told him that it was “Bael gadi!” We moved on to the classic dialogue from his Munna Bhai movies with “Life mein jab time kam rehta hai na tab,” and Arshad immediately answered, “Double jeene ka, double!” This line is a little close to our guest as he commented,  “Very nice line.”

The next one was another fun dialogue of his, “Pichwade me itni goli marunga ki,” and he quickly continued with “Ki uske bachche pittal ke paida honge.” This hilarious line made everyone laugh out loud. Kamiya gave the last option as, “Tumhare pass college hai, mere pass.” At this moment, he gave!

But upon learning the answer, “Knowledge hai” he stated that he has done a lot of bakwas. We adore your bakwas, Warsi shahab!

We had so much fun with ‘Complete The Dialogues’ that we were ready to play ‘This Or That’! Kamiya gave him the choice of ‘Golmaal’ or ‘Munna Bhai’ and he chose the latter. The next was a comedian in a serious film or a serious actor in a comedy film. This option didn’t quite sit well with Arshad as he confessed, “I think, both situations are very bad because it’s a serious film and what you are doing looks comic, it’s not very good!”

He believes individuals capable of doing comedy can enact any kind of character. As making people laugh is quite a difficult task and having the knack to do so is a wonderful characteristic. Arshad Warsi added, “Girls don’t get married to someone who doesn’t have a sense of humour. I am telling you now, life will be horrible!” Girlies, take Arshad’s advice and watch out!
