NV Sir’s Journey of Resilience And Hard Work

NV Sir reflects on his IIT preparation days, describing how he maintained a tidy study room, a space where he spent 10-12 hours a day immersed in books. His commitment to cleanliness extended beyond the room itself, as he prided himself on outer order, despite admitting to less attention to personal grooming.
He shares a pivotal moment in his journey when he had to choose between becoming an astronaut or a teacher, with teaching ultimately winning his heart after a fulfilling first experience in the classroom. “We were from a middle-class family and financially stable, but during our studies, my dad faced big losses from an investment. That was a tough time, but it motivated me to work harder and support my family.” This adversity led to NV Sir’s decision to start earning by launching his own coaching business during his second year of college, working tirelessly for 16-18 hours a day with only 4-5 hours of sleep. It was this drive, born out of hardship, that became the cornerstone of his success.
How NV Sir’s Early Struggles Led to the Birth of Motion Education
NV Sir from Kota also shared the story behind Motion Education, recalling his early days as a teacher at Bansal Classes. The classes were overcrowded, much to the frustration of the principal, who often scolded him. NV Sir, who was both a teacher and a student at the time, recalls the pressure of managing so many students. After a particularly harsh scolding, he returned home and quietly told his mentor that it was time to leave.
“Even in the curses of your guru, there is a blessing for you,” he reflected. Soon after, many of his students urged him to start his own venture, and that’s how Motion Education was born. The name was coined by his students, and with a modest initial fee structure, NV Sir rented a small room to begin his journey. What started with one room quickly expanded, and within a few days, the foundation of Motion Education was set.
