Here’s All You Need To Know About Rahi Tourist Bungalows
Mostly constructed in bustling locations, travellers often prefer choosing these accommodation options. An official spokesperson stated that the department finalised the decision to develop Rahi tourist bungalows in different parts of Uttar Pradesh on the PPP model. According to a report by The Times of India, the plan is to build these projects in prominent locations in seven districts. From amazing facilities to wide spaces, these bungalows will cater to several demands.
Uttar Pradesh’s tourism department’s team commenced working on this project already. The designated team’s primary responsibilities include keeping an eye on the construction and development process and operations of these new bungalows in the state. Each bungalow will be equipped with modern facilities to offer enhanced experiences.
The plan is to construct Rahi tourist bungalows in seven districts in three categories.
- Four bungalows will span areas of 5,000 square metres or less.
- Two bungalows will be built in areas between 5,000 and 10,000 square metres.
- Three will be constructed over areas of 10,000 square metres.
In addition to these, bungalows will be built over areas of less than 5,000 square metres.
- Kalinjar will get a 2,500-square-metre bungalow.
- A 2,914 square metre bungalow will be developed close to Gokul restaurant in Mathura.
- There is a plan to develop a 4,401.5 square metre bungalow in Sankisa.
- Bithoor is set to get a 1,254.1 square metre bungalow.

Rahi tourist bungalows will be built in Bithoor in Kanpur, Devgarh in Lalitpur, Kalinjar in Banda, Neemsar in Sitapur, Sankisa in Farrukhabad, and Sonauli in Maharajganj. Uttar Pradesh’s renowned Mathura city will get three of these bungalows. The plan mentions building these projects close to Gokul Restaurant and Radha Kund.
The primary location of this beautiful city will be home to a Rahi tourist bungalow spread over an area of 8,595 square metres. The upcoming construction near Radha Kund will be of 7,383 square metres area.

- Devgarh to get a bungalow over an area of 16,190 square metres.
