Chef Vikas graced his presence on this new episode of Eitan Bernath’s Insatiable podcast and revealed lesser-known aspects of his life as a restaurateur. Bungalow, present on most food connoisseurs’ bucket lists, is one of the few restaurants in NYC attracting foodies from all around to savour the chef’s magical recipes and indulge in a gastronomic feast of Indian flavours and fusion.
In this episode, Chef Vikas Khanna talked about his approach to resolving conflict, especially with guests. As always, he has the most perfect answer to this interesting question by Chef Eitan. The Indian chef shared how an angry person cannot think of solutions. He believes in talking to guests and apologising to them. “I have to go and apologise to the table right away,” he added.
