A large-scale celebration honouring the state’s rich cultural legacy is scheduled in Himachal Pradesh. According to various publications, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the Chief Minister, said by the end of 2024, Dehra Utsav would take place. The purpose of this event is to draw attention to the distinctive customs of the area and encourage more visitors to engage with the local way of life. On August 16, Chief Minister Sukhu visited the Dehra Assembly Constituency and assessed possible locations for future government buildings and other development initiatives.

In addition, the chief minister stressed the need to look into fresh approaches to increase tourism in Dehra and the surrounding areas. To draw tourists and promote local culture, he said that Dehra Utsav will be celebrated by the end of this year.
