One of the reasons why its flavour stands out is that it is flavoured with rosemary which, combined with the coarse sea salt, gives a flavour that is quite unlike any other. These treats are super simple to make. They’re also healthier than regular papad because they’re baked.

It is also known as ‘Piano Paper’ because of how thin and papery it is. You can even use olive oil to further enhance its flavour and make it healthier. You can make it by combining semolina flour and all-purpose flour to make dough balls which then must be spread as thinly as possible.
