What Is WAAYU Food Delivery App That Offers Free Customer Service, Zero-Commission & More?

Food delivery apps have definitely made life easy, as people get their food with just a few clicks. For a long time, Zomato and Swiggy have dominated the food delivery app market. They also demand exorbitant delivery fees. However, a new food delivery app has come with zero commission. Launched in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, the WAAYU app is a zero-commission food delivery app. It collaborates with restaurants to streamline order creation and offer customers free services.

WAAYU App Launching In Hyderabad & Secunderabad

As reported by Deccan Chronicle, Mandar Lande, chief executive officer and co-founder of the WAAYU app, stated that considering the rich culinary culture of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, it is positive to see rapid growth in the restaurant sector.

According to the WAAYU app’s CEO, the app seeks to provide a profitable, sustainable restaurant ecosystem model and do away with commission fees. Telangana State Hotels Association backing has been obtained by the company, which would facilitate its growth in the state capital. To combat excessive commissions and platform costs that frequently impede restaurant-customer connections, the app intends to partner with 3,000 restaurants in Hyderabad to provide order creation without additional fees.
