Especially when you enjoy hot momos on a chilly or rainy day, the feeling is unparalleled. But have you ever wondered what is the secret behind a good momo chutney? Food Vlogger Shares Momo Chutney Video

Food vlogger, Amar Sirohi AKA @foodie_incarnate recently posted a reel on his Instagram handle that shows the making of momo chutney from scratch. In fact on watching this viral video, you too will get great ideas to prepare delicious homemade momo chutney. In the reel, red chillies, coriander, chopped ginger and garlic cloves are simmered in hot water.

Once the ingredients are cooked for a while, they are transferred into a mixer. Next, it’s blended to prepare a fiery concoction. Then, the cook adds salt, green chilly sauce, soya sauce and vinegar into it, while mixing the liquid cooked on the gas. The video shows the dish being prepared on the gas and it’s reduced over a period of time. Once it’s thickened. The dish is cooled and then poured into small plastic bowls and served on the side with steamed momos.

Amar Sirohi informs in the video that if people thought momo chutney was just made of red chillies and garlic, then they are wrong. There are many ingredients that go into making the best momo chutney. And these include ginger, coriander, green chilly sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and more.
