As per the reports by News 18, Vikram Shahi, the owner of the fast food corner, has been operating this stall in Rishikesh for almost two years now. Six days a week, with the exception of Thursday, he serves yummy desi Chinese delicacies to hai customers. Apart from his bestselling butter chowmein, he also offers foodies a variety of momos and spring rolls. Vikram also shared that not only do the locals visit him regularly, but tourists also come to satiate their cravings.

The Perfect Place For Desi Chinese In Rishikesh
Vikram only uses top-notch ingredients because he wants to give his customers the best possible taste. According to the reports by New 18, he focuses on adding numerous vegetables to his chowmein and serves the best flavour to his customers. Veggies like beans, mushrooms, onions, beetroot, and paneer are abundant in every portion. Even though chowmein typically contains cabbage, Pashupati fast food refrains from using it without compromising on the taste of the noodles.
The owner also shared that he doesn’t even use red chillies in the butter noodles. Instead, he uses black pepper for a spicy kick. With the intention of making it accessible to everyone in the city, they have also kept the prices extremely nominal. Offering half a plate of butter noodles for 30 bucks only, they have locals and tourists hooked. Everyone who tries the chowmein and momos at this stall once becomes a regular customer and we’re not surprised.
