Shockingly and unfortunately, many people cannot feel a sense of safety and freedom even while living inside their homes in a safe place. At times, it feels like something unexpected is knocking at the door at an ungodly hour. Recently, a woman was horrified seeing a food delivery man delivering her waffle. But why?
Woman Claimed The Food Delivery Man Was Sus!
Taking to X, mac (@onlyymacs) shared her horrible experience of receiving a food order at her home.

I was hungry, so I ordered a waffle and the delivery guy was a bit sus. He asked me for water so I said, Bhaiya I just ordered it too, you can get some downstairs from the shops.

What happens when you order food from any online delivery platform? Usually, a delivery agent comes to your home and drops the order for you. These services are available late at night in many parts of India. Recently, the X user placed an order for a waffle online quite late at night. She was frightened to see the delivery guy delivering her waffle as he “was a bit sus.” For our readers who are not GenZ, sus stands for suspicious.
The guy asked for water and she responded saying, “Bhaiya I just ordered it too, you can get some downstairs from the shops.”
but he denied to that and said, i’ll sit inside until then, im a lot thirsty. and again I said, bhaiya it will take time and if you are a lot thirsty go ask from the neighbours but he said that wouldn’t be nice. so I said okay to that and started to close the door.

Things were fine until this creepy episode unfolded. The delivery guy simply refused to get water from any shop downstairs. Instead, he said that he would sit inside as he was “a lot thirsty.” The woman said that it would take some time. So she asked him to ask for water from any neighbour as he was thirsty.
he held the door and stopped there for a min which made me so afraid so i shut the door quickly hurting his hand.

When the X user tried to shut her home’s door, the delivery guy held the gate and stood there for around a minute. Understandably, she was petrified following this unexpected turn of events. Somehow, she quickly shut her door hurting the delivery guy’s hand.
What Happened Next?
But this didn’t stop. after some time he said goodnight didi with a really creepy voice, and I freaked out even more thinking this is the end for me. I stood inside my flat near the door and was a lot terrified

Closing the door was not the solution to a series of surprising events that night. Though the gate was shut, she could hear the guy creepily saying “goodnight didi.” Mac terrifyingly stood and waited inside her flat near the door.
and the fact he didn’t stop but knocked the door again. So I ran quickly towards my room and locked my room door, and ig after 5-6 mins he left. i am still a lot terrified. Men are legit so scary. i’m never ordering food this late night again

After some time, the guy began to knock on the door. The woman was so fearful and alarmed that she ran inside her room and locked its door too. He stood outside for the next 5-6 minutes before leaving. “I’m never ordering food this late at night again”, Mac added.
