Woman Who Flashed Her Genitals On Frontier Airlines Flight Gets Charged For Indecency; May Be Fined $355,000

In November 2023, an incident on a Frontier Airlines flight garnered significant attention. A woman had a meltdown on the flight when she was not allowed to go to the restroom. She then cursed other passengers and even threatened to kill them. At one point, she proceeded to pull down her pants and squat as if to pee in front of everybody. She is now facing federal charges for her behaviour and may have to pay an exorbitant fine.

Frontier Airline Woman Who Flashed Passenger Faces Charges

According to an article which was recently published by The Independent, the woman who was recorded flashing co-passengers will now face federal charges. Dulce Huertas who is 60 years old, was on a flight from Orlando to Philadelphia.

She was served two alcoholic beverages during the flight. Toward the end, when the plane was about to land, she insisted on using the washroom. However, given that the plane was about to land, the crew refused.

She then proceeded to abuse and cuss out the crew members as well as the passengers. What is more, when she was denied permission to go to the washroom, she pulled her pants down in front of everyone, including some children, and showed as if she would pee right there.

A video recorded by a co-passenger blew up. The Independent article stated that it was unclear if she had retained an attorney. However, if she is convicted, she may face a $355,000 (₹2,94,63,580) fine.

In addition to this, she may also face 21 years and three months of prison time along with three years of supervised release.
