Food is a very sensitive topic for Indians. So, when this X (formerly Twitter) user claimed that Andhra Pradesh has the best dosas in India, we knew a spirited debate would erupt among the netizens. Foodies from Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad started defending their local favourites and here’s what the debate looked like.

X User Says Andhra Pradesh’s Dosas Are The Best In India

An X user, @BhavanChand, restarted an old debate on social media recently–which place has the best dosas in India. The user claimed that “India needs to eat dosas from Andhra Pradesh” and began comparing dosas from different regions.

According to his post, the dosas “made anywhere else are overrated”. He then went on to say that Tamil Nadu “makes the worst dosas and worst chutneys.” And while Bangalore makes good dosas, the chutneys in the city don’t live up to the mark. Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh, according to him, has the best dosa and the best chutneys as well.
