What’s it?
And it’s here again! The free-to-attend two day fitness festival is back at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi and this time its bigger and better. Fitness freaks get ready for a jam-packed two days as the festival will encompass all areas of fitness and wellbeing. The fest aims to inspire men, women and children to live a healthier, happier lifestyle from the inside out.
The 2-day event will witness talks by UAE’s top fitness experts, back to back fitness classes, interactive workshops, and relaxation zones. That’s not all! Guests can also go around a shopping village filled with the top brands in the health and fitness industry, while kids can strike a few yoga poses at the kids fitness zone.
The two day event will start off on March 1 at Gateway Park South from 9 am – 7 pm. The main stage fitness zone will host more than 25 classes including Zumba, High intensity interval training and core classes for people of all ages. And for those who can’t part ways with the gym, there’s an outdoor gym loaded with a whole lot of equipments to raise your heart rate. For those who wish to try something exciting, sign up for spinning or boxing classes, or try tyre flipping.
What Else?
Once your done pumping some adrenaline, head to the yoga section, to calm your senses. There will also be a wellness zone where you can get free massages, and an interactive area for kids to keep the minis busy while you sweat it out. Head to their website and register right away!
