The service caters exclusively to individuals possessing a valid residency spanning a minimum of one year, devoid of travel restrictions for entry, and necessary inclusion of their profession on their work and residency cards.

To initiate the permit application, the following prerequisites are required:

  1. The authentic passport
  2. Upon arrival, presentation of the original residence permit issued by a GCC country
  3. A civil or labour card

The procedural sequence is as follows:

  1. Access the smart services via (UAE Pass or username).
  2. Opt for the desired service.
  3. Complete the application form.
  4. Effect the payment of fees: AED250 plus VAT (5%).
  5. Subsequent to a 48-hour interval, the permit attains validity!

The service to apply for this new entry permit is operational 24/7 and all 7 days of the week. It is accessible to individuals possessing a valid residence permit spanning a minimum of one year. This service mandates that the applicant’s work or residency card duly reflects their profession. However, individuals encountering other restrictions that inhibit entry into the UAE are ineligible for this service. Upon arrival in Dubai, it is imperative to present both your original residence permit from a GCC country and your passport.
