While devouring sushi at Yazu, Hina Khan had a heartfelt conversation with Kamiya Jani. The actor said that after her journey with cancer, every day is Women’s Day for her. It’s important for her to utilise each day to fix a woman’s crown. Hina Khan says, ‘You change as a person when you are hit with such a blow in life. Your perception changes. You become so empathetic, emotional, compassionate, where you just want to do better for people. You just want to help them because you have been through so much.’

She elaborates, ‘Because my journey, my diagnosis is driven towards women… I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer.’ Empathetically, Hina shares that many women deal with their sufferings, hardships and pain, and yet run their families at the same time.
