A recent train journey turned dramatic when a YouTuber was allegedly slapped by a pantry car manager over a dispute regarding a coffee bill. According to reports, the YouTuber asked for a proper bill after being charged an amount he believed to be higher than the official railway pricing. The pantry car manager, seemingly agitated, refused to provide a detailed invoice. This led to a verbal argument, which escalated quickly when the manager allegedly slapped the YouTuber in front of fellow passengers.

The video, now widely circulated on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram, shows the YouTuber confronting the railway staff, demanding accountability. In response, the manager can be seen engaging aggressively before physically assaulting the content creator. Passengers nearby were shocked by the incident, with some stepping in to defuse the situation.

Viral Video Sparks Debate On Passenger Rights

The video has triggered widespread discussion on social media, with netizens divided over the incident. Some users have condemned the pantry car staff for their unprofessional behaviour, arguing that passengers have a right to demand a proper bill for their purchases. Others, however, have criticised the YouTuber, accusing him of intentionally provoking the situation for online views.

X users have tagged authorities, asking them to take appropriate action. Such incidents give the Railways a bad reputation, this one said.

This user, like many others, supports the YouTuber making the video about the poor service given to him.

Another user observes the irony of the situation through his comment. He talks about how Railways are enforcing no complaints policy through abusive behaviour.
