Today is the day of love; the beautiful occasion celebrating the feeling of being in love! February 14 is special for everyone in love to spend the day with their partner. But this day often comes as a bit of sadness for all the singles out there and please count me in this group as well. Taking this right opportunity, Zomato is finding a match for its users. Well, not finding someone exactly but some fun puns!
Zomato Pranks Users By Choosing Matches For Them
Taking to the X (formerly Twitter) platform, Rahul Goradia (@RahulGoradia1) shared some screenshots of getting pranked by Zomato. Not something great, right? But hilarious for sure!

The food delivery platform started something new; a new initiative to play Cupid and find a foodie match for all the users using the app. The match-finding option comes with categories of choosing users’ gender and gender they are interested in. The interface appears as “Find a foodie match” and “Enter your preferences and we’ll match you with foodies with similar tastes”.
The first option is “YOU ARE” and users need to choose among “Man”, “Woman”, and “Nonbinary”. And for “INTERESTED IN”, the choices are “Men”, “Women”, and “Nonbinary”. Once users select the preferences, they need to click on “Find a Match”. According to the post shared by Rahul Goradia (@RahulGoradia1), he matched with someone named, Palak. Clicking on “View Palak’s Profile”, he found out that his foodie match was not a girl named Palak but the beloved delicacy of Palak Paneer.
