Coming up soon on the Al Marjan Island, Oystra is a new seafront development that comprises two cultural towers. These are shaped by the signature fluid geometries of the firm, and it certainly looks absolutely stunning, almost like oysters. Sitting in a wider transformation of Ras Al Khaimah, it extends into the Arabian Gulf. With a beautiful 23 km coastline snuggled close to the development, it totally reimagines Al Marjan Island into a multi-use waterfront district.
Towers Rising 20 Storeys
As the tower rises, 20 storeys, it includes interconnected gardens spread across 42,000 m², a beach club, a courtyard, and a swimming pool that overlooks the beautiful bay. In fact, the towers are connected through a tree-lined public area that offers residents direct pedestrian access. This is on the protected shoreline that encourages walkability along the shaded pathways. As it happens, it is spread across 1,28,000 m² and features 950 residential units. With a comprehensive range of shopping, dining, and leisure amenities, it will be situated 25 minutes from the Ras Al Khaimah Airport.
