After greeting everyone, the Chef sent a question around the table about anyone preferring Vegetarian food, everyone nodded and he diligently replaced the Citrus Bhel with Tuna Bhel. A gastronomic take on a classic Indian vegetable street snack, this dish had the usual combination of puffed rice and tamarind chutney marinated tuna along with sour cream and balsamic pearls.
