Koldplay in Mumbai has given a unique twist to traditional Indian mithai by introducing it in ice cream form.
What Is It?
Koldplay In Mumbai gives an ice-creamy twist to motichoor ladoo and desi paan. They have converted traditional Indian mithai to an ice cream form. Motichoor Ice Cream (₹60 per scoop) is a fusion of traditional ladoo & artisanal ice cream. The ingredients – Motichoor, roasted almonds & dry fruitsare infused into a creamy ice cream base and is topped with bits of motichoor ladoo, the ice cream is ready to be served.
We also tried the Maghai Meetha Paan which is another crowd pleaser. In this, hand picked betel leaves are blended with Koldplay’s secret ‘Paan Masala’. Along with that, home-made Gulkand is added to the mix & ‘slow-churned’. But we’re not done! The paan ice cream is topped with paan flavoured masala.
What Else?
If you’re not into the ice cream aspect, you can blend these genius flavors in thick shakes as well. Imagine Motichoor or Maghai Meetha Paan in a thick shake?
