The rooftop bar gives you a great view of the Gurgaon skyline with delicious palatable options in front of you. Sip on their own craft-beer as you capture the city lights from their rooftop bar.

What’s In It?

A concept of Molecular gastronomy seen in every drink, instant crystallization, smoky hues and lemon foam, Molecule is taking things a level up.

Try some of their quirky combinations like the Panni which comes placed inside a bucket with popcorn served at the side. They even have unique presentations that go by their names such as Dimaag Ki Batti, a mocktail served in a light bulb and their Virgin Mary is served in a cycle!

Their Sangria comes with an unusual concept as well – it is served with a popsicle inside it that you can keep dipping and sipping.

You should definitely try the Molecular Puchka shots which has its stuffing served separately in a cooker and the water served as shots in the the test tubes in five different flavourspineapple, orange, beetroot and jaljeera. It also has two syringes that have the green chutney and Imli chutney inside them.
