What’s In It?
A concept of Molecular gastronomy seen in every drink, instant crystallization, smoky hues and lemon foam, Molecule is taking things a level up.
Try some of their quirky combinations like the Panni which comes placed inside a bucket with popcorn served at the side. They even have unique presentations that go by their names such as Dimaag Ki Batti, a mocktail served in a light bulb and their Virgin Mary is served in a cycle!
Their Sangria comes with an unusual concept as well – it is served with a popsicle inside it that you can keep dipping and sipping.
You should definitely try the Molecular Puchka shots which has its stuffing served separately in a cooker and the water served as shots in the the test tubes in five different flavours – pineapple, orange, beetroot and jaljeera. It also has two syringes that have the green chutney and Imli chutney inside them.
