D:OH in Kamala Mills and Andheri is serving Misal In A Pav, a genius twist to the traditional misal pav.
What Is It?
Mumbai loves their good ol’ snack – misal pav. But D:OH is introducing misal pav with a new twist. The Misal In A Pav is the spicy misal stuffed inside a crusty bun for the best taste. D:OH was the first one to come up with this unique concept and it’s being loved by many.
Chef Preeteesh Wagh curated the Misal In A Pav while he was coming up with new ideas to pump up the menu. Initially, it was only an experimentation with new dishes, but it was well-loved by the folks.
A misal gravy (Rassa) is usually crispy farsan, cut up lentils and raw onions is absorbed up by the crusty bun by putting the Rassa inside the bun.
